We plan our projects carefully, as we don’t think working late is part of a serious working place. However, flexible hours and vacation is. We have a 37 hour working week and offer all employees 6 weeks vacation. We believe that a good working environment and time to attend activities outside work is what makes our employees come up with great ideas that they do.
We serve an excellent lunch and there is all the fresh fruit, soda, coffee and tea you can eat and drink. All projects are celebrated on the first Friday after delivery.

Internal learning
When starting as a software developer at Craftwork you will go through our 2 week introduction program. Your colleagues and our technical management will stand by for all the support you need after finishing our 2 week introduction.
You will be challenged with new tasks whenever you are ready for them, ensuring a continuous development of your skills. We aim to have a team of software developers each with a high expertise within their field.
And remember: Our projects are fairly small, so you will enjoy the results of your hard work quickly. There is a lot of pleasure in seeing your project going live, knowing that hundres of thousands of people will be using it.
