When you contact one of Craftwork’s sales representatives you will get a project partner, who is committed to the success of your project. All our sales representatives are developers which ensure that your project partner at Craftwork is able to assist you through all phases of the project.
When you commit to a project with Craftwork we will bring in a Project Manager and a Tech Lead to scope and specify the project, these people will then commit to the project regarding to our time table and the overall quality of the project, leading to a win-win project.
Depending on your inclination we are prepared to provide different levels of transparency into our project process, whether you prefer daily reports on your project or only want to hear from us if a deadline is slipping is entirely up to you.
Our Tech Lead will be responsible for the software quality and the overall technical solution. He will be available on the same level as the Project Manager and will be able to answer your technical questions within the project.
Our developers work in agile teams and we strive to have all code reviewed before release. By focusing on code reuse, modularity and good interface design we are able to build systems fast and with a minimum of bugs. We believe that these values are necessary to ensure productivity and quality in your project.
On large technical project where we integrate with your software we provide direct access to our developers to reduce overhead and maintain optimal progress in the project.
